Very clean place. Kitchen has everything you need if you decide to buy groceries. Rooftop pool was nice to relax. Decorations make you feel at home.

I stay in the energy building frequently and this is one of the few apartments that has strong WiFi and AC. Will stay here again on future visits

Nice place to stay

Absolutely fabulous service from our co-host, Carolina, who was not only very responsive but helped recommend the best restaurants and adventures in Medellin. We truly felt at home and as if a friend was looking out for us making this a great experience. We will be back for sure! Thank you Carolina, housekeeping lady (who made us a fresh cup of coffee) and the security staff.

What can One Say "EXCELLENT HOST AND APARTMENT

I highly recommended staying here! The building is one of the nicest in the area. The security staff are on site 24/7. We felt very safe while staying in the building. The apartment is also very nice. It has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics needed. There’s a small grocery store about a 5 minute walk down the street. We enjoyed cooking arepas and eggs in the morning for breakfast. The WiFi works great, and we were even able to watch game of thrones on HBO. The bedroom is very spacious, and the king sized bed is very comfortable. The master bath has a nice walk-in shower with hot water. While this unit doesn’t have a balcony, the views make up for it. There is a patio area on the roof top which is only 3 floors away, so catching a sunrise/sunset outside is still convenient. Laura is a great host; as is Carolina. Any time I had a question they got back to me very quickly; within minutes.

From the beginning, Laura was attentive to my messages and questions. The people in the front were super nice and made my family and I feel safe. The area is in a perfect place, and walking distance to a supermarket, and great restaurants. The drive to the heart of poblado is super close as well. The view from the apartment was outstanding. The building is truly remarkable and I did not want to leave. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I highly recommend.

Comfortable place with fresh air. Sometimes Macaws can be seen on the trees off the balcony.

The building is beautiful as is the apartment. Very close to Parque Lleras...5 minute cab ride. Sparkling clean and great amenities and great kitchen. The only thing I didn't enjoy...through no fault of the host but more so the (Website hidden by Airbnb) that there are floor to ceiling louvers between the bedroom and living room for airflow I imagine that I could not close and the apartment with the balcony below me were extremely noisy until 4 am or so with a group laughing and drinking on the balcony ignoring everyone else's need for sleep. So if you are lucky to have respectful neighbors no problem. The only other option is to get an apartment in this building with a balcony which will at least give you some space between other potential noisy neighbors. This building must be a magnet for tourists because there were people from around the world hence the party atmosphere. Very few locals that I saw. The pool is beautiful...particularly at sunset. The jacuzzi was hot. The roof is a great space. Overall, a good place to stay in Poblado. The host is very attentive and communicates fast and well. Just cross your fingers for good and respectful neighbors...but that is true around the world... Thanks!

Great stay, great location, great host. Not cheap, but certainly a very exceptional space. I was also impressed that the building had a few partiers, but we were pretty contained and isolated in our room not hearing much which is more than I can say for many/most airbnb buildings in this city.

We had a wonderful stay in Laura’s place! The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos and is extremely spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was great. The building is great and has a beautiful pool and views from the roof. About a 15 minute walk to the cool restaurants and bars in El Poblado. Thank you Laura and Carolina!

I've stayed in Laura's place a number of times and I've never been disappointed. Close enough to walk to Parque Lleras but far enough to actually get some sleep away from all the noise.

Laura's place was just like the photos , clean and modern. She stayed in touch during our stay. We don't have a chance to use the building amenities but went to the roof to check the pool and look very nice. The bed is huge and comfortable and there is a sofa bed in another room There is a nice size supermarket 5 minutes down the road and a couple of restaurants in a small shopping very close by too. Taxis are very easy to find outside the building. Enjoyed our stay at Laura's place.

Our stay in room 1904 of the Energy building was above expectations. The place actually looks better than in the pictures and has a really good layout and feel. The bed and pillows as well as the linens are of good quality and overall I’d say the stay was comparable if not close to the best hotels in Medellin (US grade) While we had some technology issues, Carolina and team were prompt in attempting to address and resolve to our satisfaction. I will also add a note that the acoustics in hallway can be a bit loud for some but I really tuned it out after the first night. Pool view is awesome! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Laura and Carolina are among the most accommodating and responsive hosts I've had the pleasure of booking with and the apartment is exactly as described. The whole stay was easy, comfortable, convenient, and wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is incredibile. The pool is wonderfull with an amazing view. I would recommend it without any doubt! It is perfect for couples and friends. Laura was perfect and the communication very fast. We forgot some money in the apartment, they found them and contacted us to gave them back. Thank you very much for everything!
